Ms. Manisha Jadhav

With over 15 years of cross-border experience, Manisha is a distinguished Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Consultant and Registered Patent Agent, delivering comprehensive IP solutions across India, the UAE, and global jurisdictions.

Her expertise covers patent searching, drafting & prosecution, portfolio management, litigation support, technology transfer, and commercialization strategies. She has collaborated with government bodies, corporates, academia, and research institutions—guiding innovators through patent filings, FTO analysis, IP audits, and tailored IP training programs.

Currently, she serves as Head of IP at Awalnut IPR LLC (UAE) and Associate Partner at Brainiac IP Solutions (India), where she advises clients on patents, industrial designs, trademarks, and copyrights. She also plays a key role in legal compliance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic IP awareness initiatives.

Manisha has been recognized with prestigious honours, including “Women in IP of the Year” (IIPLA Dubai) and the “Legal Excellence Award” (World Litigation Forum, Dubai). As a frequent speaker at international IP conferences and universities in the UAE, she continues to contribute actively to the global IP dialogue.

Ms. Rutuja Kulkarni

Ms. Rutuja Kulkarni is a qualified Microbiologist and a registered Indian Trademark Agent with more than 12 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). She has developed strong expertise in managing a wide range of IP matters in both domestic and international jurisdictions.

She currently serves as Director, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and TM & Design Head at Brainiac IP Solutions, and as Associate Partner at Awalnut IPR, UAE. In these roles, she oversees the end-to-end management of IP operations, including patent filings and related formalities, trademark filings, oppositions, renewals, enforcement coordination, and design filings.

As the primary liaison for international communications, Ms. Kulkarni ensures effective coordination with foreign associates and IP offices worldwide, guaranteeing timely and accurate compliance with global IP standards. Her expertise in design registration and enforcement further strengthens her contributions to brand protection strategies.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, deep understanding of IP law, and strong administrative acumen, Ms. Kulkarni plays a pivotal role in driving efficient, reliable, and results-oriented IPR strategies for the organizations she represents.

Mr. Suneet Sabale

Mr. Suneet Sabale is a mechanical engineer and a registered Indian patent agent with over 20 years of extensive experience in the patent and innovation industry. He currently serves as Director and CEO at Brainiac IP Solutions and as an Associate Partner at Awalnut IPR, UAE, where he leads strategic initiatives to reduce R&D turnaround times and strengthen IP protection, thereby helping innovators safeguard their technologies against competitor imitation.

An inventor himself, Suneet holds a granted Indian patent (IN338459), giving him a unique dual perspective on both the technical and legal dimensions of intellectual property.

He is a respected visiting faculty at Savitribai Phule Pune University and the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management (RGNIIPM), where he mentors and trains the next generation of IP professionals. His deep industry knowledge and practical teaching approach have made him a highly sought-after educator in the IP space.

Suneet’s contributions to the IP field have earned him prestigious recognitions, including the Global Achievers Award (2016) and the Young Entrepreneurs Award. Beyond intellectual property, he is a Certified Life Coach and Executive Coach (Symbiosis International), reflecting his dedication to leadership and holistic professional development.

He is also an active contributor to national innovation and IP policy. He serves as a committee member of the MHRDC Innovation Council for Startup Policy for IPR at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, AISSMS College of Engineering, and Pillai College of Engineering. Additionally, he was nominated as an expert evaluation committee member for the final round assessment of a NEAT product by AICTE competent authorities, underscoring his recognized expertise and thought leadership in intellectual property and innovation.

Ms. Nancy Molokwu

Nancy Molokwu – Licensed Attorney (Intellectual Property Law Specialist)

Nancy Molokwu is a licensed attorney with over a decade of experience in intellectual property law, providing advisory and enforcement services to a wide range of national and international corporate clients across diverse industries.

She has extensive expertise in intellectual property rights prosecution, enforcement, and litigation, with a strong focus on brand protection, trademark opposition, rectification and removal proceedings, and market watch services. Her practice also covers international trademark laws and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Nancy began her career as a Trade Mark Practitioner at one of the largest intellectual property law firms in both Nigeria and the United States of America, where she gained invaluable cross-jurisdictional experience. Over the years, she has coordinated and led numerous successful enforcement actions, including anti-counterfeiting raids and brand protection strategies for multinational companies.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and completed her professional training at the Nigerian Law School. Passionate about advancing IP awareness, she has volunteered with the Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria (IPLAN) as a member of its Election Committee. Nancy is also a proud member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
